🏡 Performance horse Boarding $750/month

***Owner must provide grain & supplements***

Includes:

• Daily turnout

• 6 flakes alfalfa hay/day

• 3 bags pellet bedding/week

• Daily stall cleaning & fresh water

• Daily turn out (when weather allows it)

• Open indoor and 2 outdoor arenas.

• Hot/cold horse showers

*Extra services and extra feed/shavings will be billed apart.

🎓 Horse Training

Focus: Working Equitation · Dressage · Hunter/Jumper

• Full training - $1,000/month includes:

*includes 4 rides/week + 1 private lesson/week in flexible schedule

*or 3 private lesson/week in flexible schedule and 1 weekly tune up

• Half Training $500/month includes:

*2 rides/week

*or 2 semi private lessons week

• 1/4 Training $300/month includes:

* 1 ride/week

*or 1 scheduled semi private lesson/week

Tune up rides $85/Ride

Private lessons. $85/Lesson

Full body Clipping $100 + vet fee if needed

Main pulling $40

🐎 Horse leases

Full lease starting from $1,750/month

• Exclusive use of leased horse for onsite lease and shows.

• 3 semi private lessons per week

• Free weekly tune ups (under trainers discretion)

• 1 free clinic per season.

• Free access to all on site MG Horses Clinics as an auditor.

• Elegible for lease to own after 6 month on site commitment contract

• 2% discount in MG Horses sales commission (10% standard fee)

• 5% discount at MG Horses Store

1/2 lease starting from $900/month

• Shared use of leased horse for onsite lease and team shows according to lesson and show schedule.

• 2 semi private lessons per week in shared schedule

⚡ Show Coaching

• IEA Show Coaching – $55/rider/day + expenses

• Other coaching $100/day plus prorated expenses as transportation and meals.

• Marcelo $200/day plus expenses

• Asistant $80/day plus expenses

🐎 Stud Services – Lil Rockstar

• Stud Fee – $2,000

• Collection billed by OSU Veterinary Services
